Yay! It’s Sunday. Time for rest, relaxation and church. Oh, the irony of the previous phrase. Attending service and partaking in worship is definitely stress relieving and spiritual; but what comes after sure isn’t. The advent of Christ’s birth only brings more confusion and craziness as the Sunday School scrambles to put forth another year of Nativity shows and carols. Though, I have to admit, the end product on Christmas day is definitely redeeming and worth tenfold the efforts put in. But, I digress.
This week I’m planning on embarking on a challenge! I’m going to eat as clean as possible and strive to have greens at every meal. This also means no carbs at dinner time, which is a rule I always have trouble keeping. But, therein lies the challenge. Sure I have the motivation (i.e. fitting into my clothes easily), but do I have the will? Only time will tell 🙂 Hope someone out there is inspired to challenge themselves as well.
