Weekend Cleanse

I’m doing a 2-day cleanse courtesy of Natural Health magazine. Feeling energized already. Here’s the breakdown of what I’m having today:

Breakfast: Glowing Green Smoothie

Lunch: Zucchini & Carrot “Pasta”

Tea: Peppermint tea

Dinner: Squash soup w/ a big bowl of salad
