I have to admit, I’ve never been a fan of squats. Give me any other lower body exercise and I can pull it off in good form. Squats, though, are my foe. They’re just, how can I put it nicely, boooring.
Yet, in the spirit of March Madness, I’ve decided to embrace them. Thus, the never-ending pain emanating from the back of my thighs.
Oh, the sacrifices I make. One advice: Squat jumps are more amusing and a great plyo-move when one tires of the plain old “imagine your sitting back into a chair” move.
